Doug Crim moderated the Panel “You Could Go To Jail For That: What Can And Does Evoke Criminal Prosecution Under The OSH and MSH Acts.” The Panel, which included government prosecutors and defense attorney, explored factors and circumstances leading to criminal charges and other issues arising in criminal prosecutions of workplace health and safety incidents.
