Anthony (Tony) Casaletta has spent most of his 20-year professional career in the field of health and safety, focusing primarily on the study and application of industrial hygiene. He holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Hygiene from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Management from the University of Findlay, in Ohio.
Before joining the Firm, Tony worked for MIOSHA enforcement division for over 18 years. His MIOSHA responsibilities included enforcement activities in both general industry and construction. Tony was the MIOSHA Construction Safety and Health Division Health Supervisor from 2011 until 2018 when he left to join the Firm. In this position he oversaw and coordinated the health-related enforcement activities of all MIOSHA construction industrial hygienists throughout the State of Michigan.
Tony attended law school at Wayne State University while working for MIOSHA. He graduated from law school in 2018 and was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 2019.
Tony’s experience and expertise will help the firm more effectively represent clients in MIOSHA/OSHA matters.
